Director

Greg’s 20 years’ experience as a mining engineer and leader spans several commodities and mining methods in surface and underground environments.

His communication and collaborative style ensures that he can build and lead teams to deliver outstanding results, while his work ethic and dedication ensure that he produces high-quality work.

As a manager and general manager, Greg has led strategy development and execution, maintaining an absolute focus on safety and sustainability while growing businesses and improving operational delivery and financial outcomes.

Greg’s attention to detail and analytical nature enables him to assess operational performance clearly and to deliver tangible results.

With significant experience leading projects during the study and delivery phases, Greg is equally adept at building and leading owner teams and engaging and managing contractors. His financial management experience makes compiling budgets and estimates one of his strengths.

Craig Smith

Mining Superintendent

Craig is a highly dependable mining leader whose attention to detail ensures that excellent safety standards are maintained while achieving outstanding production results.

His communication and collaborative style ensure that he builds strong relationships and rapport with peers, superiors, and subordinates. This excellent level of communication ensures he gets the most out of the teams with which he works.

Craig’s extensive underground mining experience covers development and production activities, portal and decline establishment, infrastructure installation and complex remnant mining.

With strong contractor management skills enhanced by working with leading Australian contract miners, Craig has an appreciation for and understanding of challenges at all levels.

Jamie is a registered mining professional with twenty-five years’ experience in various operational, planning, risk, and consulting roles. He has expertise in underground mining operations and feasibility including design, scheduling, programming, financial modelling, data analysis, and report writing. He is experienced in risk management of most commodity types, mining methods, equipment, and mineral processing methods.
