Operational Support

Resource management

We can undertake various stages of contractor management for our clients, from tender preparation and negotiation, through engagement, mobilisation, commencement, ongoing contractor management and to completion and demobilisation. Our focus is on maintaining a constructive relationship between our clients and their contractors to ensure superior safety, production and cost results are achieved and that risk is consistently managed. We can also lead your transition from contract mining to owner mining.

Short- and Medium-Term Contracting

We can provide highly capable and experienced mining leaders to fill vacant, newly created, or temporary positions in their structure. This could be to enable a performance turn-around or realignment, to enhance sustained success or to fill temporary critical vacancies. We hold statutory certificates and notices for positions in Queensland, Western Australia, and New South Wales, including:

  • Site Senior Executive Notice for Underground Mines (Qld)
  • First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Qld)
